The walk up from the resort center is quite steep!!! It's frustrating to have to pay extra for amenities that should be free!!! Internet connectivity issues mar the overall experience, impacting guest satisfaction!!!

We stayed in the Standard Double or Twin Room for 5 nights. The room was spotless and had air con, TV, and a hairdryer. The bed was comfy enough, but the pillows felt too soft for me. We had a nice ground floor balcony which was perfect for lounging. One downside was the thin walls, so we could hear our neighbors a bit. the room met our needs and had all the essentials covered.

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel in Albufeira. The pool area was stunning and the food at the café was a fantastic value! the breakfast choices could be improved and felt a little repetitive. I’d definitely come back!

The pool area impressed me with its tranquility and the quality of the saltwater. The friendly staff made my experience even better, always ready to assist with a smile. I also enjoyed the great sea view from my balcony, which added a beautiful touch to my mornings.

The walk back from town is quite steep.

The room was spacious and had a lovely large balcony with a sun bed and three chairs. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The hotel features a fantastic pool area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available. Just a short walk to the old town made exploring easy and enjoyable.

The walk back from the old town is steep.

the cerro is a lovely hotel with a homely vibe. the staff, especially at reception, were fantastic. the outdoor swimming pool area was super relaxing. The hotel is located high up a hill, making it easy to enjoy the views. my room was clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized balcony to relax on.
